    Thanks for providing this link, Dan, and for your post about Fraenkel at Understanding Society. It is chilling to see the parallels with our own time: they are disturbing, and clearly systematic. Trump instinctively follows the “Prerogative State” playbook, while Miller and Vought operate behind the scenes toward the same end. It is encouraging to see the resistance growing as shown by the bravery of the citizens of Minneapolis and the turnout for last weekend’s nationwide anti-ICE protests. But we need more, more, more.
